A proposed settlement with Skechers U.S.A. has been reached in conjunction with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) over Skechers “toning” shoes. BMC Group Class Action Services has been selected claims administrator in the consumer settlement, Grabowski v. Skechers U.S.A, Inc.
