I have been extremely pleased with the service BMC Group Class Action Services has provided. I have been a consumer of these kinds of services for years and have used a number of different vendors -- all the "big" names. I have found most of them to be wildly inaccurate in their bid pricing as well as inconsistent with their customer service. While BMC Group Class Action Services may not be the largest, in my experience, it certainly is the best.
