We have partnered with Rackspace as our managed hosting provider. BMC Group architects and oversees all aspects of the network infrastructure, while Rackspace carries out the day to day monitoring and maintenance of the core equipment, connectivity, and power. Rackspace’s world class facility, 20+ redundant gigabit connections, top tier power grids, multiple strategic locations, and a dedicated support staff provide the foundation for the secure network. The production facility is located on BMC Group’s dedicated equipment at the Rackspace facility in Herndon, Virginia.
