Once a chapter 11 is filed, the United States trustee is required to supervise the administration of the case. As a claims agent, BMC Group works with trustees to ensure all operating guidelines and reporting requirements are met. The secure, case-specific portals offer real-time status of notices sent, claims received, and other critical metrics. To maintain confidentiality, comments on each account are created and shared within an encrypted environment.
